This is a Lepis overblouse dress. I only tried it on once to check the size, so it has never been worn. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. Please check the images for the condition. The tag size is 1, but it's a bit large. It has plenty of gathers, so I think it would look good bloused with a belt.
