This is a recessed storage unit for a toilet. It was installed once and then removed because it was no longer needed. It has not been used. All the necessary screws, etc., for installation are included. The screw holes from the installation will be covered by caps when installed, so there shouldn't be any issues. Please assess any other minor scratches from the photos. Personally, I think it will be generally fine once installed, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Photos 6 and 7 are examples of installation.
