This is a NICI Bichon Frise pencil case. My child used it, but switched to a different one quickly, so it was only used for about 3 months. However, as it is a pencil case, there is some dirt inside from use. The outside tends to attract dust, so there is some dirt, and there is one orange-colored stain.
