Sanrio's "Minna no Tabo" (Everyone's Tabo) pencil board, a set of 3 with the same design. Made in 1992. The size is about 25 x 18 cm. There is no material listed, but it appears to be made of plastic. As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but since it's an old item, there may be damage that is not visible from the outside. To avoid any problems, if you are at all concerned about the condition, it's best not to purchase it.
