I received these as a gift. Measured flat: Pink: 40cm Greige: 32cm Both are made of rubber material and will stretch. They might be too big for newborns, but I think they can be worn for quite a while, starting around age 1. There are no tears or stains, but they are used items, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
