It is in the same condition as when I received it, so I haven't checked the ink. Please be aware of this. It appears to have been purchased at a bookstore, and the attached paper has "Urban Bay City Blue CT BP" written on it by hand, but when I search, only "Urban Bay City Blue" comes up.
