These are Harley surf shorts. They feature a cute design with a print of the popular American traditional (Americana) tattoo design. I think it's great because you don't often see this kind of design. I believe they are suitable for both water and land, so I don't use them as swimwear. There is a small hole in the front. There is fraying on the front (inside). I don't think anyone wears them without underwear, so it's not that noticeable. *Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I also had a T-shirt with the same design, but I can't find it. I will add it if I find it.
