This is a Mikihouse Double B sleeper. It's the type that fastens on the side with snap buttons, so it can be used for a long time. The piping around the neck seems to have faded slightly. Other than that, I don't see anything particularly concerning, but please consider that this is a used item worn by a child, and purchase with understanding.
