Used a few times a season. There are scuffs as shown in the pictures, but they are not noticeable unless you look closely. The heels are not too high, and my daughter liked them, but she quickly outgrew them. She wore them with tights and socks without her feet hurting, even though she usually wears sneakers. They will be folded somewhat for packaging. The material is soft, and they will become floppy if you don't use a boot hanger for storage. I used a core to take the photos.
