An antique plate from the "NAPOLI" series by the British pottery manufacturer Wood & Sons. This item was purchased in Canada several years ago. It was damaged during display. This plate features beautiful decorations in deep blue, red, and gold, influenced by Japanese Imari and Ko-Imari styles. It is believed to be a work from the early 20th century (around 1900-1920s). Currently, it is cracked and requires kintsugi (gold repair) or restoration. Due to the straight, easy-to-follow cracks, it can be restored as a highly decorative piece.
