Neck circumference (actual measurement): Minimum 27cm, Maximum 30cm (with half of the Velcro fastened) Belly circumference (actual measurement): Minimum 32cm, Maximum 38cm (with half of the Velcro fastened) There is no size indicated on the item itself, but I believe I purchased a size SS.
