This item is new and unused. It is not for sale. Since it doesn't have any bones or similar structures, it can be folded compactly. (It's folded loosely here, so it can probably be folded even smaller) The photo with the red pen inserted shows what appears to be an air intake hole; there are holes on both the left and right sides. A novelty item from a camping goods store. There is no case or other accessories.
