This is a rare Sanji card from the 1999 One Piece card set. It has never been used for play. There are no white spots. The holo part is incredibly beautiful, and the back is free of dents and damage. It's from about 20 years ago, but it has been carefully stored in a card sleeve, so it is in good condition. Please feel free to comment if you have any concerns or questions.
