Please refer to the fifth image for the size. *I believe this is a child's hat. The string was attached, but it has been cut (see image 3). Also, there are visible traces where the name tag was attached (see image 4). Other than that, I believe there are no major scratches or stains, but since this is a personal inspection, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or a brand new, unused item.
