I bought these because I needed them, but I have no other use for them, so I'm offering them to someone who does. There's no wear on the knees, and I don't see any stains, perhaps due to the color. I think they're in good condition. The elastic in the waist is not loose. There's a drawstring for adjusting the waist. There's also a drawstring at the hem (see photo 3), so you can adjust the size somewhat. Navy Size: Uni L
