The Cargos are sneakers with a deliberately distressed finish. I compared two pairs at the store and, after consulting with the staff, chose the pair with the better distressing. They are new, unworn, and have never been taken out of the box, and all accessories are included. This includes spare shoelaces and a large nylon bag.
