This is a Shirley Temple culotte skirt for the autumn/winter season. The cute heart pattern and the frills on the hem are very adorable. Waist: Approximately 50cm (waist width when laid flat is about 25cm) - elastic, so it stretches. Length: Approximately 27.5cm - 30cm I think it will be useful in the autumn and winter.
