It has a needle up/down button, which makes work very efficient. It has a powerful motor, so it has plenty of sewing power! I sewed through denim from 1 to 8 layers with varying thicknesses. It sewed smoothly without resistance. It has a drop feed, so you can enjoy free-motion quilting and free-motion embroidery. It uses household sewing machine needles and has a needle threader. Highly recommended for those who often sew thick materials, those who sell handmade items, and those who sew adult clothing. This is a used item.
