I purchased this new and used it in rotation with other baby winter capes. My child has grown and no longer needs it, but it's still in good condition, so I hope someone else can use it. It has a hood and pockets for the parent to put their hands in while holding the baby. The clips work fine, but please note that there are minor scratches on them as they are plastic. It is thick, so I will compress it and ship it wrapped in plastic for waterproofing.
