Game software is not included. The device was working without issues, but there appears to be some liquid crystal leakage in the areas marked in photos 4 and 5. It's not enough to interfere with gameplay, but it might bother some people. Also, the battery compartment electrodes have some slight rust, but it worked without any problems. The main unit itself hasn't been used much, so the buttons are also in good condition. This is being sold as a "defective item," so please understand this before purchasing.
