The cancellation was applied to a POSTA COLLECT postcard, "Kyoto_08," limited to the Kyoto Central Post Office. The postcard features cute Kyoto-esque motifs such as a maiko (apprentice geisha), a stone garden, and a calligraphy brush, arranged alongside postal items. The matching design cancellations are only available on the first day of release and can only be applied at a very limited number of post offices, making this a very rare item.
