This is a special order from Ecru et pousse. It's a linen shirt dress. The color is black. It has a relaxed width, and the gathered cuffs are cute. The matching fabric belt at the waist can be tied or left off. The belt loops are also discreet. And, it can be worn either way around. The collar can be worn up or open. Also, it's lovely to wear it as an outer layer.
