This is a 18k gold skull pendant top only. I purchased it about 8 years ago from a select shop called mement in Nakameguro, but I haven't used it much. The brand is unknown, and the eyes are said to be diamonds. It is stamped with k18 and either GMB or SMB. It's small and quite stylish, so I used to layer it with other necklaces. *No accessories, no chain, only the pendant top is for sale. Thank you.
