I bought this about 5 years ago and used it once, and haven't used it since. All the instructions are included! The box has some wear and tear from being opened once! I used one gauze pad and have torn part of the plastic. Wax is included, and since I've only used it once, there's almost all of it left. Price negotiations are possible.
