I purchased this at the Mitsukoshi Nihombashi store a few years ago. It's a Suppli mohh pochette. I used it a few times when my child was small, but my tastes changed and I stopped using it, so I've been storing it at home. The keychains and metal fittings have lost their shine. I think they might become shiny again if polished. The shoulder strap is removable and adjustable in length. It has a handle, so you can remove the strap and use it as a tote bag.
