This is a navy flare dress purchased at an Armani store in a Japanese department store. It has a very cute design, and the puffed sleeves are a highlight.＾＾ The elegant navy color makes it a dress that always gets compliments, no matter where you wear it(^^) It also comes with a belt, so please use it as you like.
