Rarely seen, this is a set from the 1960s. It's an old LEGO set, the Town Series House with Garage released in 1965. Since it's from the 60s, I think it can be called Showa retro and classic. It includes many old parts that are now hard to find, such as an opening and closing garage kit, old-style trees, and four types of old windows. The garage door has a gimmick that opens as shown in the second photo when you touch the plate in front. There are no missing or replaced parts. There are scratches on the blocks due to age, and some of the blue parts have uneven coloring. A black miniature car is shown in the package photo, but it appears to be sold separately. A color printed instruction manual will be included. I am offering a discount because the instruction manual is not original. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
