Soak the cut-out mark in water for about 10-15 seconds. Carefully and quickly remove it from the water. While supporting the backing paper with your hand, slide the sticker part off. Apply it to the headstock. At this time, be careful not to rub and peel off the letters of the decal. After drying, apply several coats of very thin lacquer. Lacquer is readily available at your local home improvement store.
