This is a tire lever that came with the old version of the Brompton genuine tool kit (Toolkit). It's designed to prevent damage to rims by being covered in resin. Due to this, it lacked sufficient strength and was replaced by the current all-metal version. It has never been used. It's an early production item, a phantom version, and I believe it's quite rare. The current version weighs 63g per pair, so this is a 28g weight reduction. Although it lacks strength due to the lighter weight, I think it's strong enough for those who remove tires without using much force.
