This is a flare skirt purchased at Isetan Shinjuku for over 30,000 yen. I took too good care of it, and have only worn it about 2 or 3 times. It's a high-waisted skirt that flares out beautifully, and is very elegant. Please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition.
