This is a Type B-9 jacket, likely from the 1940s. The size is marked as 36. It has a slightly oversized fit, designed to be worn loosely. It's a civilian model and is very well-made. This type has become increasingly rare, so it's a great item for vintage enthusiasts. It shows signs of wear, and unfortunately, the front zipper (a "U" shaped Talon) is faulty and cannot be closed. There are front buttons, so it can be fastened with the buttons, or the zipper will need to be repaired. Another point of note is that the boa on the hood is slightly stiffer than the boa on the body's inner lining. There are some scratches and stains around the sleeve cuffs, and the ribbing shows some stretching.
