Defects: * It has been opened and repaired once. * After about 30-40 minutes of use, a sound like the power is turning off will play in the right ear. The music doesn't stop, but it happens occasionally. * No accessories are included. Battery life was about 1.5 hours of continuous use, but anything beyond that is unknown.
