This is a Sylvanian Families 35th Anniversary limited edition set! *Please refer to the second photo for the set contents. I've been keeping this in storage, hoping to display it someday, but I've decided to sell it due to a move. Please note that there is some deterioration of the tape and damage to the box from when it was purchased. The contents have not been checked as it is unopened. It's large, so I plan to wrap the product box in bubble wrap and plastic and ship it as is.
