Japanese Antique 24K Gold and Silver Damascene Compact Case from Taisho period to early Showa era c.1920-1940. In excellent used condition with the maker's stamp on the back over the K24 mark. Gold butterflies fly above. The front shows Mt. Fuji and a small village with houses & trees. Also, a fishing boat in silver is depicted on a lake to the right.
