I've had this since I bought it from Yodobashi Camera about 10 months ago, but I've only used it a few times, so I think it's in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist, as it is not a new, unused item. I will ship it in the box shown in the first picture. The light on the back of the dial also works without any problems. There are no keys that cause malfunctions. *Depending on the computer or tablet you use, there may be compatibility issues that prevent some keys from working, but this is not a defect of the product itself. In my case, there were some keys that didn't work when connected to an iPad, but they worked fine when connected to a Windows computer.
