This is a used Blackburn EX-1 pannier rack. It has some scratches from installation, but it's in excellent condition as it hasn't been used much. The Ex1, constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, is simple, versatile, and robust. Features: Fits wide and narrow tires: Designed with 29er or 700c wheels in mind, but fits most wheel sizes.
