I bought this at the United Arrows outlet for 6000 yen. It's a very cute blouse with puffy sleeves, but the hidden buttons keep it from being too sweet. I didn't try it on, and I realized after I got home that it doesn't really suit me... It's perfect for this time of year! It's a new item and in good condition.
