● Shipping method
Mercari shipping
We will choose between "Rakuraku" and "Yuyu" depending on the size. We may change from "Yuyu" to "Rakuraku" or "Rakuraku" to "Yuyu" just before shipping.
Basically, we will ship by compressing in an OPP bag (using compression bags or freezer bags depending on the product), so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles caused by compression or folding.
We may use recycled cardboard for large items.
● Regarding returns
・ We will accept returns at the buyer's expense only if there are major scratches or damage not mentioned in the photos or description. Please be sure to inform us before the evaluation. Returns cannot be made after evaluation.
