This is a listing for the wireless earbuds case (charger) only. When a USB is plugged in, it reacts as shown in image 1, so I believe it is not broken. However, since there are no earbuds, I have not been able to confirm if it charges. The exterior shows many scratches and scuffs overall, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the condition.
