The character part is inlaid with beautiful abalone shell (awabi-gai) mother-of-pearl work. I previously purchased this item intending to use it as a pendant top by threading it onto a necklace as shown in the image, but I haven't had the opportunity to use it, so I am selling it. As shown in image 8, there is a 3mm chip (peeling) in the cloisonné at the tip of the ballpoint pen. Also, there are small scratches and some dullness on the back. Please understand the above points.
