This is the ★Takara Standard Remew Kaji-raku Kitchen stainless steel draining plate, an optional accessory, installed in July 2024. Approximately 24cm x approximately 39cm x approximately 1.5cm. Please note that these measurements are approximate and may have slight variations due to amateur measurement. Placing the plate in the middle space is very convenient for draining noodles, filleting fish, and providing a workspace for cutting items that require force, such as pumpkins! ★It has been opened, washed, and kept in a drawer, but has never been used. As I intended to use it, there are some water spot marks after washing (possibly related to the thin oil coating on the surface) and minor scratches from being taken in and out.
