This is a Suica Penguin neck strap. It was mixed up with my moving belongings and I haven't used it. I think it was distributed as part of a campaign with the VIEW card. (Please check the second photo for the penguin's face; it looks clean with no paint overflowing from the eyes or anything.) It's unopened, but it has been stored in a regular household for quite a while, so the backing card has some yellowing. Please be aware of this when considering purchasing. I plan to wrap it in bubble wrap, put it in a small box, and ship it via Rakuraku Mercari anonymous shipping (Nekopos). Thank you.
