This is Hangyodon from the Sanrio Characters Pita Hug series. The outer bag and gum are not included. I opened the outer bag to check the contents, but I haven't taken it out and have stored it in a sleeve. However, I purchased it at a store, so if you are concerned about initial scratches, or if you are concerned about scratches, dirt, or wrinkles on the bag or cardboard that the Pita Hug is in, or if you are a perfectionist, please refrain from purchasing.
