Approximately 300 grains (slightly more than 300 grains). Press the acupressure points for diet on both ears. This is about a one-month supply. I purchased it from the Ear Acupressure Association, and I have never had any problems using it (except for those with metal allergies). You can use them with transparent stickers, or with the traditional skin-toned beige stickers. These are grains that you can use as you like. The size is larger than the commonly sold titanium or ceramic grains, so I believe they can stimulate the acupressure points effectively.
