A basic Beni Ourain rug with an ivory background and a gray-beige diamond pattern. Beni Ourain rugs are hand-woven by the Berber people living in northern Morocco. They are woven one stitch at a time by Berber women, using high-quality wool from the Atlas Mountains. A basic Beni Ourain rug will add a lovely touch to your entryway, in front of a full-length mirror, or in front of a sideboard. It's about 2cm thick with a long pile, providing a luxurious, fluffy feel. The 100% wool rug is highly absorbent, and unlike rugs made of synthetic fibers like acrylic, it's warm in the winter and feels cool and comfortable in the summer. This rug can last for 100 years, even for your children's generation. The rug has been professionally cleaned in Japan. There is a slight wool odor.
