These are Amerie pants that I purchased a few years ago. As you can see in the third photo, they have a wrap design, so they look like a skirt from the front and pants from the back. They have a lovely fluttering effect when you walk. I couldn't find a size tag, but I think they are equivalent to a size S or M. There are no noticeable stains or scratches to the naked eye, but I have used them a few times, so there may be some signs of wear.
