This is an off-the-shoulder top with a border pattern. I bought it from INGNI a few years ago and have worn it several times, but it's made of a material that doesn't pill, so it's in relatively good condition. There are no noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The shoulder straps of the off-the-shoulder top are adjustable.
