This is a summer visiting kimono featuring embroidery in white, silver, and light blue threads on a white ro (crepe) background. The ro is koma ro (a type of crepe) from Gozen, the best ro producing area in Japan.
It is tailored with a lining from the waist down.
As it is ro, please wear it in July and August.
Due to global warming, it is getting hotter every year, so some people wear ro from June, and some wear ro during the single-layer kimono season in September.
*This is for the kimono only; the obi (sash), obijime (sash cord), and obiage (sash panel) are not included.
