I purchased this at a department store several years ago and wore it a few times before storing it at home. It's a fluffy tweed material, with thin blue threads woven in. It's labeled as a size 7, but it feels closer to a size 9. I don't think there are any noticeable stains or damage, but please consider that this is a used item.
