This is a Toy Story Mr. Potato Head popcorn bucket. I purchased it at Disneyland and used it once on the day of purchase, after which I displayed it at home. It does not have a strap. There are a few minor scratches, but it is in relatively good condition. The inside is also clean. Mr. Potato Head
